Well, this year is definitely different, that's for sure. I've made a couple of the same mistakes but nothing near as bad as last year. I have no idea what I would do if i had a roommate. It would just be awful! I can't wait to move out of the dorms into an appartment next year, though! It will be so nice to have all that space! Anyways, here's some new pictures for anyone who looks at this ever!

This year...

Things are going to be different this year. I feel like I grew so much over the summer. Having my own room is so amazing, too. I just don't feel the need to act the way I did this year. I realized this summer that life is short, and I also realized what I want to do with my life. So I'm putting my all into it and not letting things drag me down like they did last year. It's up to me to stop that from happening, and I'm not going to let it. I don't need that crap anymore. This weekend will be a good test of my self control....

Here's a couple pics from my already amazing second year at UNI!

Chelsea, Me, Michelle, and Mandy camping for the weekend!!

Chelsea, Me, Nicole, Michelle and Mandy before hittin up Coconuts last Wednesday!

Me and my buddy Dan - Boone guys are so much fun!

My trip to Belgium!!

My Belgian man and me :) Why can't he be American?

Me and Char! I lived with her while I was there and I miss her sooo much!

Marchi and me! He was so so funny :)

Nada Surf at Dour!!

Char and me went to this amazing restaurant at eleven pm just to have Morrocan tea - which is amazing and you should try it if you ever can :)

This park in Brugge is my favorite place in the world!

Thon, Char's cute little village of 500 year old houses.

The north seaside of Belgium.

The beautiful city of Namur at night.

Oh yea, we spent a day in Paris too!

This trip was the best experience of my life so far. I fell absolutely in love with Belgium and all of the people that live there. I really want to live there someday. Hopefully next summer!

Yesterday I went to Kohl's to buy a birthday present. As I was going in there were 2 cop cars out front. When I got closer to the building 2 cops came out of the building - one guiding a woman in hand cuffs and the other carrying her purse. As they put her in the backseat of the car I couldn't help looking at her. She looked so sad and lonely. She didn't look mad or frustrated or anything - just really sad. This might make me weird but I almost felt bad for her. Most people would be like my dad and just say something like, I can't believe people think they can get away with that, they think they are so smart. But I don't know. Maybe she just wanted a new pair of jeans.
